Teams of 3 in 2+1 from all over Poland competed at the event to compete against each other in weightlifting, squats, bar pull-ups and many other exercises familiar from crossfit. The teams consisted of two men and one woman, so it was interesting. I myself would like to squeeze as much as these female athletes, not to mention the guys. I’ll admit that it gave me some motivation, and before I got down to processing, I also took a workout after a full day. ?
I’ll admit that it wasn’t easy, because the athletes, running, jumping and pulling up so dynamically on the dragon that it wasn’t easy to catch them, but they managed. See for yourself.

There was a lot going on throughout the competition, as athletes were constantly warming up, performing and resting or taking part in the Reebok FIT Shop area. Throughout the entire competition period, the Reebok FIT Shop offered the opportunity to pay with effort for purchases of workout clothes. On the occasion, it was also possible to use the cafe ETNO Cafe, which serves great coffee, and as you know caffeine is also a good pre-workout.
The competition was divided into several competitions during which the athletes had to do kettlebell squats, barbell presses, handstands, ride exercise bikes, pull-ups, or row on a machine. Each team was able to score points in this way.
