Events across Europe

One photographer for the whole series of events

A conference in Warsaw, a road show across three capitals, a gala in Brussels. A different photographer each time means a new brief from zero and images that never sit side by side.

Based in Warsaw, I travel to wherever your event is. You brief me once, and the material from the whole series looks like one body of work.

Who this is for

With a series of events, the problem stops being the photographer

With a single event, choosing a photographer is choosing a supplier. With a series, it becomes an organisational decision: every new photographer means a new brief and a new set of images that does not match the last one. It works the other way too — if your organisation is running an event in Warsaw, you need someone local who can brief in English and handle logistics on the ground without you managing it from abroad.

You deal with me, not three photographers in three countries. One brief, one style, one invoice — that is what an international event photographer is actually for: continuity across venues, not a different supplier in every city.

Travel is on me

Travel is my problem, not yours

I arrange flights, hotel and gear transport myself. You give me the city, the date and the hours.

Gear

Cameras and lenses always fly with me as cabin luggage, never in the hold.

Brief

We do it once. By the next event in the series, I already know who is who and what needs to be in the material.

Language

I work in English on site. We can do the brief in Polish.

You get the photos back on the same schedule as always: within 5 working days, counted from the day after the event.

What changes

Five events, one consistent set of images

You will not see the difference in a single photo. You see it once you try to put together material from the whole year.

A different photographer in every city

Every time means a new brief from zero and a different working style. Material from Berlin cannot sit next to material from Vienna in one report, because it is obvious at a glance that different people shot them.

One photographer for the whole cycle

We brief once, and it gets shorter with every following event. Photos from the whole year look like one body of work, so your marketing team can build a report, a page or social posts from them without explaining why each one looks different.

Pricing

What an event abroad costs

Prices are net, in euro — the currency I use to settle international events.

One shooting day

from EUR 1,500

Up to 10 hours of work, including selection and editing.

Two days

from EUR 2,500

One and a half days from EUR 2,000, each additional day from EUR 1,000.

Travel and accommodation

from EUR 600

Return flight, local transfers and two hotel nights. An indicative figure, confirmed for the specific city and date.

I block the date once the contract is signed and a EUR 1,000 deposit is paid, which counts toward the final price. Only then do I buy the tickets, because the cheaper fares are non-refundable.

Honest, so nobody counts differently than I do

What is included, and what is not

  • All photos from the event, no cap on the number of frames.
  • Exposure, colour and crop correction plus removal of minor blemishes.
  • Online gallery with access for your team.
  • Travel arrangements and equipment transport to the venue.
  • Delivery within 5 working days after the event.

What is not included:

  • Studio retouching (skin smoothing, individual work on each frame). If someone needs that, it is a separate conversation and a separate quote.
  • Flight and accommodation costs. I show them separately in the quote, not hidden in the daily rate.

I put this in writing so that nobody counts differently than I do.

How we get booked

From enquiry to a blocked date

You tell me where and when

City, date and type of event are enough for me to check availability.

You get a quote and a contract

With travel costs broken down for that specific city and date.

The date is blocked

Once the contract is signed and the deposit paid, I buy tickets and book accommodation.

Questions and answers

Questions I always get

Travel costs, timing, language, and what happens if the date changes.

Do you only travel to big cities?

No. What matters is whether I can get there on time and come back with the material. For an unusual location I check the connections before quoting a price.

Who pays for the flight and hotel?

The client, as separate line items in the quote, not hidden in the daily rate. Some companies prefer to book the accommodation themselves, and that works too.

Why is EUR 600 only a starting point?

Because travel costs depend more on timing than on direction. The same flight booked six weeks out and three days out costs completely different money. This figure covers a return flight, local transfers and two hotel nights, because I fly in a day early for an event abroad. I give the real price for the specific event before we sign anything.

What if the event date changes?

The cheaper fares are non-refundable, so if the date changes we work it out case by case. I always say upfront what is refundable and what is not, before I buy anything.

When will we get the photos?

Within 5 working days from the day after the event, the same as for events in Warsaw. If you need part of the material sooner, we arrange that before the event.
