Business portraits in Warsaw: a photo session for the whole team or one person from your company
A new company website, a LinkedIn profile, a speaker bio. All of it needs photos of people, and hardly anyone feels like having their picture taken. I bring a mobile studio to your office and photograph the whole team or a single person: the CEO, an expert, someone who has just stepped into a new role. Each person spends about 15 minutes in front of the camera, picks their shots on a laptop screen, and goes back to work.

How the session works
We set the date, the number of people, and the room. About 3 x 5 m with furniture that can be moved is enough.
I arrive an hour early and set up the backdrop and lighting. With a team, everyone gets a ready hourly schedule from me: each person knows when to show up and is back at work after about 15 minutes. With one person there is no schedule – just an agreed time and unhurried work, with no line waiting behind you.
I photograph one person at a time, at a calm pace. We review the photos together on a laptop screen, and each person picks their shots right there.
You get the final, retouched photos within 5 business days of the session, in an online gallery.
Most people I photograph tell me right at the start that they cannot pose. That is my job, not theirs: I guide each person in front of the camera, show the photos as we go, and everyone decides which frame stays. Nothing goes anywhere without the approval of the person in the picture, so no one leaves the session with a surprise.

Two price lists, because these are two different sessions. In a team session every person gets 2 final photos plus a group photo - what matters is that the set looks consistent. For one person what matters is choice, so the packages start at 5 final photos.

Every package includes a shooting day with a mobile studio at your office, travel within Warsaw, selection and retouching. JPG files in full resolution.
The price does not include makeup. I bill it separately, based on the number of people.
For more than 12 people, sessions outside Warsaw, and multi-day projects, I quote individually.
Prices are net, VAT invoice at 23%.

Makeup
Women 300 PLN, men 150 PLN, minimum 600 PLN.
The makeup artist works alongside me: she preps the next people while I photograph the previous ones, so the session keeps moving. Women can arrive with their makeup done. On site it gets adjusted to studio light. Men go through a quick skin mattifying that takes a few minutes.
Beyond portraits
Photos of your space and people at work
Portraits show the team. Space photos show where that team works. On your website and in proposals, they work together. From 1,000 PLN. I set the scope individually: from a few office shots alongside the portraits to a full shooting day in a production hall.

FAQ
Questions companies ask before a session
Muted, solid colors work best: navy, gray, beige, white, bottle green, burgundy. Avoid small patterns, bright colors, and large logos. Before the session I send short guidelines – for a team, ready to forward to everyone.
About 15 minutes in front of the camera, plus makeup if booked. I build the hourly schedule so no one waits in line.
Around 3 x 5 m, ideally with furniture that can be moved and neutral walls. If you are not sure, a photo of the room is enough. I will assess it before the session.
Absent people can be swapped for extra shots for those present. I agree on the scope with your contact person on site.
Once the gallery is delivered, all comments come to me in one message. I apply them in a single round and deliver the complete set of final files at once.
That is fine. Each additional final photo is 100 PLN net. If someone picks more shots on site, I mark them as a second choice and confirm the billing with your contact person, not with the individual employee.
Most people I photograph say the same thing at the start. I guide you in front of the camera, set the pose, and show the photos as we go. You pick your shots on the screen before you leave the room – nothing goes anywhere without your approval.
Depending on the package – Basic, Standard, or Premium – you get 5, 10, or 20 final, retouched photos. One shot can work everywhere at once: speaker bio, company website, email signature. The package gives you a reserve for different contexts.
