I know what is fit to publish
Not everything from a party belongs on the intranet. Selection, meaning picking the best frames out of hundreds, also protects how people look in the gallery.

Describe the event
Send the date, venue and approximate hours. Add the plan of the evening if you have one: official part, awards, performances.
Scope and hours
We agree when coverage starts, with the guests arriving or with the official part, and how late it makes sense to keep shooting.
I photograph the party
I arrive early and get to know the room. You do not need to show me where the stage is. I work independently and discreetly.
You get the photos
Selection, editing and an online gallery within 5 working days. If part of the material needs to reach the company before the holidays, let’s agree on that at the quote stage.

Christmas party packages
A Christmas party takes as long as it takes, so instead of an hourly rate I quote three set packages. The price covers the whole evening: no surcharge for hours after 8 pm and no travel costs within Warsaw. Most companies pick the six-hour package, because it covers the official part and everything that happens after it.

Frequently asked questions
The minimum depends on hours booked. For 4 hours it is at least 250 photos after selection and editing. I usually deliver more.
Within 5 working days, counted from the day after the event. If some material needs to reach the company before the holidays, say so at the quote stage and we will agree on a fast pack.
As late as we agree. Christmas parties end late and that is normal. The package covers the whole evening, so late hours do not change the price.
I respect it, no discussion, no awkwardness. I work discreetly, and during selection I make sure nobody ends up in the gallery on a photo they would not want there.
December Thursdays and Fridays go first. The earlier you write, the more dates there are to choose from.

Who I am
Since 2012 I have photographed conferences, trade shows and corporate events. Toyota, mBank, Danone, Volvo. At a Christmas party I am the guy with the camera nobody notices after the first fifteen minutes. Which is exactly the point.
