A congress about the healthcare system produces material that ends up in a report, in the media and with partners after the event. The organiser needs photos of every panel, sponsor branding and decision-makers. None of it can be redone the next day.
In June 2026 I photographed the third edition of the Zdrowie 360 Congress, organised by the Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers at Hotel Bellotto in Warsaw. The event was held under the honorary patronage of the Patients’ Rights Ombudsman. The room held ministers, healthcare system experts, trade media and a full audience.
What happened
The format was dense: an inaugural panel, then three parallel panel rooms, and finally a gala with an awards presentation. Parallel rooms mean the agenda does not wait. The job is to make sure every panel gets its full set of photos: speakers, moderator, the room and the audience’s reactions.
On top of that comes what the client asked for directly in the brief: sponsor materials and branding for the post-event report, social media photos after every panel and a group photo of the organisers.
What I watch for at a congress with parallel rooms
Priorities are set by the brief, not by chance. Before the event I knew which people mattered most to the organiser, so none of them was missing from the material.
Partner branding has to be in the frame before anyone asks for it. A sponsor accounts for their presence at the event precisely through photos.
The audience is material too. A full room with people standing along the walls says more about the scale of the event than a description in the report.
Away from the stage, I look for details that capture the character of the day: a phone with a shot of the panel, notes taken with a pen, small things from the room. Such shots give the social media report variety.
Result
The organiser uses the material in its own channels – reports from the Zdrowie 360 Congress are published on zpp.net.pl and on Facebook.
