How the team worked
Real events: the MIXX Awards 2025 gala and IAB Forum 2025
MIXX Awards 2025 gala
Photos and video at the same event, working to one plan: audience, stage, award presentations, backstage.

Forum IAB 2025
Conference: main stage, speakers and networking.

Several suppliers, no one in overall charge
Each supplier has their own brief. No one keeps an eye on the big picture
A photographer for the stage, someone for networking, a crew for the film. Each gets a separate brief and a separate deadline. They meet for the first time at registration, just before the doors open.
After the event, you can see it in the material:
- speakers appear in three versions, and the partner from the stand is nowhere to be seen,
- the video camera is in the shot during the award presentation because nobody agreed who would stand where,
- photos, film and the social media coverage arrive separately, each on a different date,
- for every issue you call someone different.
A proven crew, one plan
I put the team together for your agenda and coordinate its work
Usually two or three people. I don’t bring people in at the last minute: this is a proven crew of photographers and videographers who have worked together on many jobs and know how each other works.
A second photographer makes sense when the programme runs in parallel: two stages, parallel sessions, a partner zone or several venues, sometimes in different parts of the city. One room with one stage is a job for one person, and that is how I will quote it.
What that means in practice:

Who can be on the team
You book as many people as the event needs
- Lead photographer Main stage, key people, contact with the organiser on site. I do this myself.
- Second and third photographer Parallel stages, networking, partner stands, backstage.
- On-site editing During the talks the on-site editor offloads the memory cards, selects and edits the photos and prepares them for publication. If you have a publishing plan, the material is sorted against it as the event goes on, and the first teasers are ready while the event is still running.
- Video A video summarising the event. Short statements to camera from attendees and speakers can always be added. Scope and price: Event video.
- Drone shots Outdoors, when weather, site and regulations allow. Indoors, the drone does not fly over people. The organiser arranges permission from the venue.
- Portraits on site The portrait station is run by a separate photographer, because coverage and portraits are two jobs running in parallel. Conference headshots.
How it works
Three steps from the agenda to finished material
You send the agenda, or the date, venue and times
Tell me what happens in parallel and whether you need a video, or photos while the event is still running.
You get a proposed line-up and a single quote
Each part has its own scope and cost, with the total at the end. If one photographer is enough, I’ll say so plainly.
The team works to one plan
Photos in 3-4 working days, and with an editor on site the first ones while the event is still running. A video of up to 3 minutes within 10 working days, counted from the day after the event.
Budget
I match the line-up to the programme, not to the size of the room
The cost depends on the number of photographers and hours, the film and its formats, on-site editing, portraits, evening hours and travel outside Warsaw. I work across Poland and abroad.
I quote a price once I have seen the agenda and confirmed the date with the team. There are no “from” prices on this page: the line-up is different every time, and the prices for video and portraits are on their own pages.
Questions and answers
Questions that come up with larger events
If you want one supplier for several photographers and a video, yes. I put the team together and coordinate its work, so you don’t brief each person separately. You get one quote and one invoice.
Yes. You book each part separately. Video, on-site editing and portraits are options, not a package.
I am responsible for the photos and for coordinating the team. You agree details and revisions of the video directly with the videographer or, on multi-camera shoots, with the lead camera operator. There is one invoice, from me.
Yes. It is a proven crew that has worked together on many jobs. I don’t pick random people for a single date.
Yes, when the line-up includes an on-site editor. They offload the cards during the talks, select and edit the photos, and the first teasers are ready to publish while the event is still on.
Interviews yes, always. Drone footage depends on the location: it flies outdoors, when weather, site and regulations allow.
From the agenda. If two talks run at the same time, or the programme runs in two places, one person cannot be in both. When everything happens in one room, a second photographer gives you more photos of the same thing.
Yes. The team works across Poland and abroad. I quote travel outside Warsaw separately.
Safeguards for your booking
What you can rely on before you confirm the date
- Price guarantee The amount in the quote is final. No additional costs appear during the event or after it.
- Liability insurance I hold business liability insurance, valid in Poland, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. I send the policy for your supplier form or on request.
- NDA on request I sign a non-disclosure agreement when the event is closed to the public or the photos can’t go out before a launch.
- Two cards and an encrypted cloud backup My camera records each photo to two memory cards at once. After the event, the material goes to a working drive and straight into an encrypted cloud backup, and I bring backup equipment to every job. Even losing my gear would not cost you a single photo.
