EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY & CORPORATE INTEGRATIONS
Offer photographer for corporate event
Imagine the Monday after an event. You open the gallery and see photos that perfectly capture the atmosphere, energy and scale of your event. No blurry frames, no slip-ups. Material ready to be used for internal communications and Employer Branding.
This is a non-committal inquiry. You don’t need to have an exact agenda yet.

The company party is over. Emotions have subsided.
What’s left for you?
Organizing a successful integration involves weeks and sometimes months of fine-tuning details – from fighting over budget and choosing the perfect location, to determining the menu and coordinating attractions. It’s a huge team effort that culminates in one evening. And when that evening arrives, everything happens in a flash – emotions, conversations, spontaneous situations.
And here comes the worst-case scenario for the organizer. After a week of waiting, you get a link to the gallery. You open it with hope, and there…. disappointment. The photos are dark, technically poor, or just plain boring. Instead of energy and laughter, you see the backs of participants, empty chairs or awkward shots at the buffet. You won’t upload such photos to your company intranet or use them in your recruitment materials.
These moments – spontaneous toasts, bursts of laughter or rivalries – cannot be repeated. That’s why you need someone more than a person with a camera. You need a reporter who reads the situation and anticipates the moments. Someone who can be in the center of the action while remaining unnoticed. Without setting people up for posed photos, without intruding on the fun, and without spoiling the atmosphere with flash. It’s all about making sure the photos capture the atmosphere as you remember it.

Professional photographer for a corporate event – Marcin Krokowski
Hi. My name is Marcin and my job is to take your mind off the subject of the photographer.
If you typed “photographer for corporate event” into Google, you are looking for reassurance. I am not an agency that will send you a student by chance. I come by myself. I operate discreetly (I often hear, “I didn’t even see when you took that picture”) and know where to stand to catch the best moments.
How do I work at corporate events?
I know these places – photos of events in top locations
Each room is a different challenge. Where it’s dark, I can see the atmosphere. As an experienced event photographer, I work in some of the most popular venues in Warsaw. Here’s how I approach shooting at your location:
EVENT PHOTO COVERAGE
What does a photographer offer for a corporate event include?
Material for Employer Branding
We don’t take pictures for the newspaper, but for people. Your employees want to see themselves in a good light – smiling, integrated, in a great atmosphere. You get photos that are perfect for your intranet or year-end summary. It’s a keepsake that builds the team.
Guarantee of safety of photos
Don’t worry about data. My camera saves every photo simultaneously on two memory cards(real-time backup). Even if one of them fails, your coverage is safe. This is my standard.
Quick implementation
I know the excitement cools quickly. You won’t be waiting for months for photos. We can also arrange for a small package of “hot” photos, the very next day.
True atmosphere (Organization Culture)
Good photos from the event are a signal to the market (and potential candidates): “It’s good to work here”, “This company cares about the atmosphere”. My photos show real “life after hours,” not set scenes.
Common questions I hear from exhibitors
Good dates (Fridays, December, June) disappear quickly. I recommend contacting at least 3-4 weeks before the event. Are you organizing something “for now”? Write – I will check the calendar.
The standard time is 5-7 business days. If you need photos “yesterday”, I offer an express editing service (next-day delivery).
Yes, I work all over the country. Getting there is not a problem – I add it transparently to the event photo coverage quote.
I always adapt to the nature of the event. For galas – a suit. For casual integration – smart casual. I never look like a “technical from the assembly team.”
Of course. I operate 100% legally. You receive a 23% VAT invoice, which you include in the cost of the event.

Every event photo coverage of a corporate event is different. Here are some examples of how I captured the atmosphere at my clients’ events.
