Offer event photo coverage of the trade show / industry expo

Your booth cost a fortune.
Don’t let it disappear without a trace on Friday afternoon.

Professional event photo coverage that turns a one-time cost into a long-term investment. Get materials that “sell” your image before the technical team starts dismantling.

I operate in Warsaw, Kielce, Poznan and Krakow.

The last day of the trade show / industry expo. The last attendees leave. What is really left for you?

I know this scenario all too well. For the past six months, your marketing department has been living this event. You fought for the budget, negotiated the location, finalized the development designs. You have spent an amount of money for which you can buy a good apartment.

For three days, the booth was bustling with activity. There was energy and talk of contracts.

And then comes Monday morning. Emotions are subsiding. The chairman asks: “Show it to me.” And you look into your phone and see… dark, shaky photos. A crowd that looks like a void.

Shame to put it on LinkedIn. Shame to show in a report.

It’s a brutal truth: if you don’t document something professionally, it’s like it didn’t happen. That’s why event photo coverage of a trade show/ industry expo that you can show off on social media is so important.

The speaker presents on stage at a large business conference with the words "IAB FORUM 2025" projected on the wall and the audience seated in a dark auditorium. A large screen shows a close-up of the speaker.

I don’t sell “hours with a camera.” I sell material that works for your ROI.

Proof for the Board

Before the halls fill with crowds, I take sterile, perfectly lit photos of your development. It’s the perfect batch for your annual report. You show in black and white: “This is what we looked like. It was money well spent.”

Social Proof

I hunt for authentic interactions. I don’t put people “against the wall.” Photos that show the chemistry between merchant and customer and the dynamics of the conversation are the strongest sales argument for your website.

Employer Branding

A short, 15-minute session for your team against the backdrop of your booth. Salespeople get great business portraits in an industry context. When they upload them to LinkedIn, they automatically promote your company.

Get ahead of the competition

Special option: during the day you get a package of “TOP 10” ready photos. You can publish on the fly. Before your competitors rip the material, you’re already collecting likes and leads.

Don’t take my word for it. See the effects.

I am not “Mr. Artist.” I am a partner in your team.

Hi, here Marcin. I know what you’re afraid of – that the photographer will whine about the light or interfere with your clients. I work differently. My approach is concrete and full self-reliance.

  • I understand the fair business. I know when to get close and when to disappear, because you are just closing an important contract.
  • I am maintenance-free. You give me accreditation, a short brief and forget about the problem. You take care of the guests, I take care of the documentation.
  • Technology on my side. Difficult, mixed light on the exhibition hall is a daily bread for me, not a problem.

I recommend the services of Mr. Martin, who is distinguished by high professionalism, reliability and commitment to the work. Photos from the event are of the highest quality and capture the atmosphere of the event.

Common questions I hear from exhibitors

Do you commute to trade shows / industry expo outside of Warsaw?

Yes, I am fully mobile. Although my base is Warsaw, I regularly document the biggest industry events all over Poland – from the ITM trade show / industry expo in Poznan, through MSPO in Kielce, to events in Katowice, Krakow or Gdansk.

I know that organizing a trip to a trade show / industry expo is a logistical tetris for you, so I’m taking that one block off your mind. I organize my own travel and accommodation. You don’t have to book a hotel for me or worry about transportation. All logistical costs are transparently included in the quote or added as one clear item on the invoice. This way, you focus on your booth and I simply show up on site ready to work, no matter which city the event is held in.

When do I get the pictures?

In the world of trade show marketing, news lives extremely short, so speed of delivery of materials is my priority. The standard process is as follows: you will receive the complete, selected material subjected to author’s processing (color correction, framing, retouching) within a maximum of 5 working days from the completion of the order.

However, I know that sometimes you need materials “yesterday” – for example, for a hot press release sent right after the trade show / industry expo opening or for ongoing social media communication. In such situations, I offer two expedited options:

“Social Media Ready” package: every evening (or during the day) I send you a selection of 10-15 of the best shots from the day, ready for immediate publication. This way, your social channels live the event on the fly, and you don’t have to wait for full documentary-style coverage to show off your success.

Express mode: the entire gallery ready in 24-48 hours (extra paid option).

Do I have to “watch” you at the booth?

Absolutely not. I respect your time and know that during a trade show / industry expo, every minute of your team’s time should be dedicated to your clients and business partners, not to keeping an eye on the photographer.

My philosophy is full self-reliance. I only need your attention for the first 15 minutes at the beginning of an assignment. This is the time for a quick briefing: you show me who are the key people in the company (so as not to leave out the CEO), what products you particularly care about, and if there are any specific moments on the agenda that I need to know about (such as a VIP visit at 12:00). After that quarter of an hour, I become “transparent.” I look for frames myself, make sure I’m in the right place at the right time myself. You go back to sales calls, and I do my job. I don’t engage you unless it is absolutely necessary.

What about copyright?

Yes, and this is the key difference between a professional B2B service and “photos from a friend”. In the price of the service you get a full license to use the photos in all fields of exploitation related to the promotion and branding activities of your company.

What does this mean in practice? You can use the images you receive legally and without additional fees:

  • On the Internet: on the website, in the online store, on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  • In print: in catalogs, flyers, advertising brochures, on walls and roll-ups.
  • In print: in catalogs, flyers, advertising brochures, on walls and roll-ups.
  • In PR: in press releases, sponsored articles, newsletters.
  • In internal communications: in presentations to the board, annual reports, intranet.

There are no hooks, no complicated contracts, or the need to sign your photos with my name in your publicity materials (although in social media the designation is welcome!). You pay once and the photos work for your business indefinitely across all key fields.

What does cooperation look like? Simple and without involving your time.

Step 1

Quick booking

You write to me: date, city, name of the trade show / industry expo. I confirm the date and send a simple contract.

Step 2

Briefing (15 min)

We see you at the booth before the start. You show me the priorities and VIPs. This is the only time I need your attention.

Step 3

Ghost Mode

I work, you trade. I document the booth and the people without disturbing your team.

Step 4

Delivery of material

You get a link to an online photo gallery. You download the finished photos and send them out into the world.

Book a date before your competitors do.

The trade show calendar is unforgiving. Large events mean that a dozen good photographers are needed on one particular weekend. Deadlines are disappearing fast. Don’t wait until the last minute.
