About me

Marcin Krokowski – Event Photographer

I will not write here that I have always had a camera in my hands, I found it in the attic and I do not part with it, because photography is my greatest passion. I am not a philosopher of photography and I do not pose as an artist.

I like taking pictures, it works really well for me and I get satisfaction from it. Thus taking pictures of abandoned places, friends and models, I began to take my camera to different places. I photographed everything.

Once

While studying for an advertising degree with a classmate, and sometimes by myself, I started visiting various parties and events with one camera, lens and flash. I photographed in clubs during events I chose myself – snowboarding competitions (in the club’s garden), dance parties (I also danced myself), etc. After a while, I got my first inquiries for assignments to do coverage for the organizers to use for their promotional purposes.

Several empty turquoise chairs were placed on the stage. The audience is seated and focused, as captured by the event photographer warszawa.

Today

I have been in the event industry for 10 years, photographing events for large international brands, as well as local events, corporate events and even family events. I feel best in reportage, I like challenges and I’ve photographed probably every kind of event, in different conditions.

I also love to take my camera (and sometimes just my phone) on trips to report on my trips to new places. I always like to show them a little differently. If I have to take the same view as everyone else, I prefer to hide the camera and enjoy the view with my own eyes. Maybe that’s why I don’t have such a cool account on Instagram, but I do have a cool blog on Urbanflavour.co.uk, where you’ll find some stories.
