Fit Market in La Playa

It’s been so hot and muggy lately that I just haven’t had the strength to upload anything new to the site. It’s now 10:30 pm and the temperature has subsided a bit, so I got the urge to add some pics from a new event that took place in Warsaw’s La Playa club.

At the fair, the pool-dance team, Yoga classes (for rugby players ;)) and Zumba on the club’s stage certainly caught the eye with their performances. All this surrounded by exhibitors who presented dance clothes, dietary supplements and their culinary specialties. For example, we could choose from 3 diet catering companies from which we can order a set of meals for the whole day straight to our homes. My attention was stopped by the wellness booths where I learned that I’m not as fat as I thought and have only 11% body fat (that’s probably due to this month of running and 2 days of biking).

La Playa in Warsaw

La Playa is a popular nightclub located on the Vistula River in Warsaw. It is known for its intense dance parties and DJ performances, which attract young audiences who like to dance and have fun. In addition, La Playa is also the venue of choice for various events such as Fit Market. Fit Market is an event dedicated to the fitness and health industry, where attendees have the opportunity to learn about the latest trends and products in the sector. If you are looking for a place where you can combine dancing and a healthy lifestyle, La Playa is the perfect place for you.
