Energy, networking and inspiring speakers

HR Breakfasts is a series of meetings that has firmly established itself in the calendar of HR professionals. Organized by Just Join IT and RocketJobs.pl, the events combine a friendly atmosphere with a solid dose of knowledge and an opportunity to make valuable contacts. The May edition focused on the topics of equality and diversity in the labor market, with speakers sharing their experiences and strategies for supporting women in organizations.

Photo documentary-style coverage-how did I capture the event?

As an event photographer, my job was to capture the essence of the meeting – natural interactions, dynamic speakers and an atmosphere that makes participants feel at ease. 📸

From the early morning hours, I documented breakfast meetings, initial networking conversations and speakers. I paid special attention to:
✅ Relationships between participants – smiles, handshakes, exchanges of business cards.
✅ Dynamics of the stage – speakers in action, audience engagement, reactions to inspiring content.
✅ Details – event branding, prepared materials, interior of Just Join IT office with panoramic view of Warsaw.

📍 Bonus: I couldn’t help myself – the pistachio creamers served at breakfast are my little photographic guilty pleasure! 🍰

Photo challenges – how did I deal with space and light?

Central Point on the 16th floor is a fantastic location – large windows letting in natural light and modern interiors. However, there are always a few challenges with event photography:

✔ Dynamic lighting conditions – natural light changing throughout the day required appropriate camera settings.
✔ Limited space – networking events often have an intimate feel, so I had to work discreetly to capture spontaneous moments.
✔ Balancing documentary -style coverage – creating a variety of footage that captures the event atmosphere, but also meets the expectations of the event organizer and speakers.
