What my event photography offerings include
That because event photography is a very broad topic, it’s hard to prepare ready-made event photography packages – as wedding photographers do. An event can last from several minutes, to several days, and vary greatly in agenda, number of participants, time of day or your expectations. Therefore, I will say for now what you will always find in my offer.
Guaranteed number of photos
Guaranteed amount of photos from the event that you will receive. There is an absolute minimum that from my own experience I predict to prepare for you. The exact number of photos depends on the course of the event and the number of guests. On the one hand, I do not have an upper limit, so if there is a lot going on and I consider them good photos then you will receive them at no extra charge. At the same time, I believe that more important than the quantity is the quality of the photos. So as to give at the same time value in the form of interesting photos that can be used, and on the other hand not to bore the audience. No one likes to look through 1,000 photos of events, because by the time they finish they would fall asleep.
Secure photo storage
Back up photos already during the event and long after. When photographing events, I not only have backup equipment in case of a malfunction, but I also back up the photos to two separate cards at the camera level. Photographing in this way, I have not once lost photos from an assignment. I also back up all the material until it reaches you. Then I archive selected photos for a period of min. 5 years, so that even in the event of a malfunction or defect you can contact me for the photos again. Many of my frightened clients have already recovered photos in this way, which, for example, accidentally deleted.
Online photo gallery
A professional online gallery for clients and participants in which I place all processed photos in high resolution. The gallery is password protected and has two levels of permissions, giving you the ability to control the visibility of the photos to the rest of your attendees. It is also possible to limit access to specific people, or limited ability to download photos. This is just a part of the capabilities of the gallery in which you will receive photos.
Access within Poland
Getting to the place of the order I include in the offer sent. So most events within 100km of Warsaw are standard, but I can also get to other places in Poland. However, in this case there may be additional costs for accommodation.
Quick turnaround time
Photos in the online gallery are available up to 5 business days after the event. It is also possible to order some of the photos to be processed on-site by me, or by a second photographer, depending on how the event goes. I can also provide processing on the same or next day after the event.
Price guarantee
The price guarantee you receive. This is the assurance that there are no additional costs during the event or after the event. After sending the most important information about your event, you will receive a detailed offer that all the arrangements in a clear and transparent manner. After its acceptance, we can immediately proceed to action without unnecessary formalities. After the service, I issue a 23% VAT invoice, which you will also receive by email.
Stages of cooperation
Inquiry
Give me as much information about the event as possible – date, times, type of event, number of guests and your expectations. I’ll be happy to review the agenda and what will be happening so that I can focus on the highlights.
If you have any special needs, such as backstage shots or avoiding photographing certain elements, let me know. This will allow me to prepare a quote tailored to your event.
Pricing
Based on the information sent, I will prepare a detailed quote tailored to your needs within 48 hours.
I will include all costs related to the execution of the order: travel, shooting, selection and editing of photos, as well as delivery of materials ready online.
If you need additional options, such as a second photographer or quick delivery of photos, I will also take this into account. That way, there will be no surprises after the assignment – all costs will be clearly defined.
Event
After the offer is accepted and the details are set, we will see you at the event. I will be 30-45 minutes early to prepare and look around.
I’m already working independently on site – photographing everything we’ve agreed on: branding, interiors, décor, marketing materials, as well as the most important moments of the event, such as speeches and key activities from the agenda.
By making arrangements in advance, you can focus on your event while I take care of everything else. If any changes or new ideas arise during the course, we can discuss them right away.
Ripping material
After each job, I rip the material from memory cards to a fast and reliable hard drive, plus create a backup on a separate drive.
If possible, I also back up to the cloud – often even during the event, while ripping photos. This keeps your photos safe at every stage of the work and I always have access to them if needed.
Photo selection
The material I’ve gathered is from several hundred to several thousand photos, which I review carefully to select the best ones. I check focus, visual display, and facial expressions, making sure that each looks its best.
Speakers, presenters and presenters are photographed from a variety of shots to ensure a variety of frames for promotional materials. Sometimes one perfect frame is created after taking a dozen photos to capture the best moment.
For larger events, I divide the material into sections, such as business conference, networking or workshops, for order and consistency.
Photo editing
I usually process between 200 and 400 photos, and even more for larger events. Each photo goes through a process of individual correction, during which I adjust brightness, contrast, white balance and colors to make them technically perfect and consistent with the nature of the event.
I use local adjustments and masks to emphasize important elements, give the photos the right atmosphere and highlight emotions. It is important to me that the photos are varied – from dynamic shots to calm, detail-filled frames – yet cohesive as a whole.
I make sure that each photo looks professional and natural, capturing the atmosphere of the event and great for both social media coverage and promotional materials.
Provision of photos
I put the finished photos in an online photo gallery, where you can conveniently view and download them – both in full resolution and in a smaller one, prepared for publication on the Internet. The gallery is password-protected, and the login is your email address.
As a customer, you have full control over the gallery – you can hide selected photos, share the gallery with others, and manage its content. The gallery will be available for 30 days after publication, and you will receive a link to it directly to your email address.

If you need a different way to deliver your photos, we can work out the details and accommodate your preferences.
Settlement
As standard, I will also send a VAT invoice with a 23% rate to your email address within 5 days of sending the photos. The exception may be a contract for the transfer of economic copyrights to the photos, where the VAT rate of 8% applies and the payment term is 14 days.
You can make payments via BLIK, quick transfer, traditional transfer or by scanning the QR code, which will automatically fill in the transfer details. Lead times and payments may vary depending on the specifics of the event or prior arrangements.
That’s the whole process in a nutshell.
It may take a few days, but I think it explains well how I work and what you can expect at each stage of cooperation. I have an elaborate system of operation that allows me to take care of every detail – from the inquiry, to the shooting, to the delivery of the finished photos.

It depends on many factors. The cost of documentary-style coverage of a party, or event starts from several hundred to several thousand zlotys. You can get an accurate quote up to 48h by sending an email, or using a special form, which will allow me to prepare an accurate offer.
Depending on the length of the event, the number of guests and the schedule of the event, the number of photos may vary. Therefore, by sending me an inquiry, I will send you the minimum number of photos I can provide. With that said, I do not have a maximum number of photos, so you will receive all the best photos, with no extra charge.
I deliver photos up to 5 business days after the event. If you need photos the same day, or sooner, let me know by asking for a date.
