photo booth operators and other subcontractors involved in the order,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Payment service providers (if used).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Collaborators and subcontractors shall process data only to the extent necessary to carry out the tasks entrusted to them and on the basis of contracts or arrangements in accordance with Article 28 of the RODO. The Administrator works only with partners that ensure an adequate level of data security.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Pic-Time acts as a processor and stores photographic content according to your instructions (by contract).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (e.g. Pic-Time servers in the US or Australia), safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Analytics data collected by Microsoft Clarity may also be processed by Microsoft outside the European Economic Area; in such cases, safeguards in the form of standard contractual clauses are applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">The administrator does not sell users&#8217; personal data to other entities for marketing purposes without their express consent.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>5. data retention period<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Contact \/ inquiry data: kept for the period necessary for case handling or cooperation or until consent is withdrawn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Customer data (invoices, billing): Up to <strong>5 years<\/strong> (in accordance with tax obligations).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Analytics data \/ server logs: <strong>24 months<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Pic-Time gallery data (customer logins, emails, access data): For the duration of the gallery&#8217;s activity or until the end of the cooperation \/ closure of the gallery (according to the contract).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">After the indicated periods, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there are circumstances that justify longer storage (e.g., claims, disputes).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>5a. Review and flexible clause <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">The Administrator reserves the right to periodically review the datasets &#8211; at least once a year &#8211; in order to assess which data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected and to delete or anonymize them, unless the law dictates their continued storage or further processing is necessary to protect against claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">In the event that the data may be needed to defend against claims or exercise rights, the Administrator may extend its storage beyond the standard retention period, only to the extent necessary for these purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" data-block-type=\"core\"><strong>6. cookies and tracking technologies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" data-block-type=\"core\">\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">The website uses cookies and related technologies (tags, web beacons).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Types of cookies used:   &#8211; Necessary (for the operation of the site) &#8211; Analytical \/ statistical (e.g. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) &#8211; Marketing \/ advertising (including Google, Microsoft, Meta and YouTube \u2014 for embedded videos), used in accordance with the consent given by the User in the cookie banner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Microsoft Clarity records session replays and heat maps used to improve the usability of the Website; content entered into forms by the User is masked and is not transmitted to Microsoft.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">For Pic-Time galleries, attendees may be asked to provide an email address before entering the gallery (&#8220;Request Email Before Entering&#8221; feature).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Galleries can be marked as private, accessible only to invited individuals, or with an access code.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">The user can manage the consent to cookies through the cookie banner or browser settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li data-block-type=\"core\">Disabling some cookies may limit functionality (statistics, gallery login, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">E-mails sent from the Website \u2014 for example confirmations that a form has been submitted \u2014 contain a marker that makes it possible to check whether the message has been opened. This is used solely to verify that replies reach their recipients; this data is not used for profiling and is not shared with other entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">Website traffic is also measured with Matomo, a tool installed on the Administrator&#8217;s own server. Matomo <strong>does not store cookies or any other information on the User&#8217;s device<\/strong>, shortens the IP address before saving it (the last two segments are removed), does not build User profiles, does not combine the collected data with any other data set and does not share it with any third party. The data stays solely on the server of this website and is deleted automatically after 25 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">Because this measurement does not store information on the User&#8217;s device, it is not subject to the consent requirement. The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Administrator in understanding how the website is used and improving it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">A User who does not want to be included in these statistics may object at any time below.
